1. Which region does One2fit.com accept the orders?
United States and Canada customers can directly make orders on one2fit.com.
International customers please call 1-212-965-5323 or email to
support@one2fit.com for the detail of the order and the shipping cost.
*All Oversized Items and Massage Chairs are only available to United States and Canada Customers only, unless otherwise mentioned.
2. Which shipping method does One2fit.com provide?
One2fit.com delivers orders through UPS ground or USPS. International orders
are shipped via standard US air mail or other shipping services.
Express shipping service requires an extra cost, please contact us by calling (212)965-5323 or email to support@one2fit.com for details.
3. What are the shipping rates?
We offer free shipping service with minimum purchase for most items. (The products with special notice are excluded).
Free delivery will be provided for all order of $48 or above, which are shipped to domestic regions of United
States (* Alaska and Hawaii are excluded). For order amount less than $48, a delivery cost of $6.95 per order will be
charged.
For order amount $128 or above shipped to Alaska and Hawaii, a delivery cost of $8.95 per order will be charged. And order amount less than
$128, a delivery cost of $16.95 per order will be charged.
Free delivery will be provided for all order of $128 or above to Canada. For order amount less than $128, a delivery cost of $8.95 per order will
be charged.
4. What type of products is excluded from free shipping service?
All FAMILY INADA massage chairs requires an extra "white glove" (onsite setup)
delivery fee, which is in the range of $190 - $590. That's why they are excluded
from the free shipping service. Please contact us for different states shipping
fee and further information before you order.
5. How long do the regular orders take to process?
Standard Shipping orders placed on Monday to Friday before 12pm will be processed at the same day or within 48 business hours. Orders placed on Friday after 12pm, Saturday, Sunday and Holiday will be processed on next business day.
In case any items of your order is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you by phone or email, Under this situation, the process will be delayed.
6. How long does delivery take?
UPS Ground service usually takes 2 - 7 business days to arrive from the time your order is
shipped. Requires a full street address (PO Boxes or Hotel room number adderss are unacceptable ) and someone must be at the address upon delivery to sign for the package. You will receive a UPS tracking
number via email when your order is shipped.
US Airmail service usually takes 3-10 business days to arrive from the time your order is
shipped. PO and APO boxes are shipped via US Airmail. Order shipped in this way
has no insurance, so customers will be responsible for any losses.
If any item(s) of your order is temporarily out of stock, it may be shipped separately.
Attention: Please keep in mind that these are only approximated delivery times
and we cannot be responsible for delays due to customs and/or duty regulations, procedures, shipping company's shipping error, or any other reasons. Even though one2fit.com
cannot guarantee delivery times, we do our best to process orders as soon as we
receive them.

8. Who is going to be responsible for the return due to wrong address or receiver not in?
While you are shopping in One2fit.com, please provide an accurate shipping address, and assures that a reciever will present to sign for the receiving of the package.
One2fit.com will take your order as return product if:
1. The shipping address that you provide is inaccurate.
2. No receiver presents to sign for the pacakage.
3. The receiver declines to accept the package.
Please refer the important statments in "return policy" for further information.
Attention: The shipping cost and other losses will be deducted from your order. The rest of the amount will be refunded to you. If you request a shipment again, you need to pay for extra shipping cost.
