How to Use:

2. Put the herbal-insert into microwave.
3. Set the time for 2 minutes on high. (10-20 seconds less if too hot)
4. Put the herbal-insert back into Miracle Comforter bag.
5. Apply to where the pain is.
6. If necessary, repeat the same procedures.
