Q. What is the main reason for Evergain machine to have adjustable speeds ?
A. The main reason is that ALL people can use our machine, not just a certain class. Our very basic model manufactured more than 10 years ago had only one speed. We found out that many people could not use the machine just because of the single-speed limitation. In order to gain the maximum benefits from using the machine, the machine has to oscillate at between 145 to 150 revolutions per minute (RPM). However, when the user puts the feet onto the foot cradle of the machine, the feet exerted considerable weight on the moving mechanism thereby slowing down the speed. Depending on how heavy the users weight is, the oscillating speed (the loaded speed) of the machine can be reduced significantly or it simply cannot move. Therefore, for heavily built individuals, say, of 250 pounds and above, the machine may not move at all or if it moves, it will not attain to the optimal speed of approx. 150 RPM. Conversely, a very old or skinny individual, especially one having backbone problem, cannot use the one-speed machine, because its speed will be too fast for them. For an adjustable machine like our Evergain brand, the user can adjust the speed appropriate to their physique. It has to be emphasized that the speed is not the faster the better, that the speed adjustment is to compensate the loss of power from the motor due to heavy weight being exerted or, in the case of the very old individuals, they can use the slower speed in the beginning and gradually move up to the optimal speed. You might have heard the Independent contractor¡L selling the Sun Harmony¡L or Sun Ancon¡L Chi Machine¡L saying that the fast speed could cause dizziness, fatique, not beneficial to human body etc. This kind of answers showed a complete ignorance of the knowledge of the machine or purposely misled the consumer.

Q. Why did the Sun Harmony Chi machine people say that all other less expensive machine were not good and even harmful to human body ?
A. The reason is very simple: Due to the nature of its multi-level marketing system, the machine has to be sold at a very high price, that whenever there is another similar machine on the market to compete, its independent dealers will discredit all other machine in order to survive. Do you know that in the Sun Harmony Machine marketing system, there are 6 levels of distributors each earning about $60 in selling a "Chi" machine ? That explains why the "Chi" machine is sold at $460 to over $500. Whenever a consumer is aware of our Evergain machine or any other brand and ask these "Chi" dealers, they will say that their machine are precision-engineered, that the angle of movement is special, that all other similar machine cannot achieve that movement etc. and therefore will be injurious to human. Any body with a little common sense will know that all these claims are false and not a sound argument. The secret (in another word, the fact) is that the machine has to be at a certain height, moving at a certain range and oscillating at about 150 revolutions per minute. With today's technology, it is not difficult at all for a manufacturer to make the machine with the above specifications. Just like a computer: Can you say that only the IBM computer can do the task and all other brands of computers like Apple, Dell etc. will not do the task ? It is an undeniable fact that any machine with the above-mentioned specifications will do the same job even though their mechanisms are different.

Q. Why do we have to stay in the lying position a little while after the machine stops ?
A. The main reason is to get the benefits of the "Chi"¡L massage. When the machine stops after rocking for 5 minutes or longer, you will usually experience the "Chi rush"- a surge of energy- tingling all over the whole body. This life energy massage every cells and internal organs in your body, a miraculous massage that cannot be done externally. Our researches indicated that you get most benefits of the exercise while lying motionless when the machine stops and only get 1/3 of the benefits of exercise while the body is rocking. As to how long one should rest when the machine stops, it should be one minute in every five minutes of rocking.

Q. How often and how long should I use the machine ?
A. Ideally, you should use once or twice everyday, 15 minutes per session. For a beginner, he should initially use 5 minutes each time and then gradually increases to the full session of 15 minutes.

Q. What if I use the machine for more than twice a day ?
A. You have to realize that this is a passive exercise. Since you are lying down, carrying no body weight and in a relaxed condition, you do not feel exhausting. However, 15 minutes of rocking movement is equivalent to 45 minutes of jogging. If you overdo it, you will feel the muscle fatique as if you were over-exercised.

Q. Why do some people feel dizzy and have a headache after using the machine ?
A. This symptom may occur if the user has one of the following four possible conditions:
a) Hypertension, b) Hypotension, c) Anemia and d) Weakness. These users should tune down to a slower speed and cut down the rocking time.

Q. How can the machine detoxify ?
A. Our bodily detoxification system is the Lymphatic system where body toxins are filtered and discharged through the kidney. Unfortunately our Lymphatic system does not have a pump like the heart in our blood circulatory system and therefore the lymphatic fluid moves very slowly, especially in the feet region because when we are standing, the flow of the fluid is against the gravity. When we are young, the lymphatic fluid is less viscous and discharges toxins effectively. But when we are 25 years or older, the bodily metabolism slows down and, coupled with chemicals and preservatives we eat and polluted air we breathe, our lymphatic fluid has so much toxins that it becomes less mobile and our body is virtually intoxicated. When we use the machine, the rhythmic movement quickly mobilizes the lymphatic fluid which will be detoxified when passing through the kidney.

Q. How can we achieve firming and slimming by using the machine ?

Q. Why do some people feel painful in certain part of the body after using the machine ?
A. The Chinese regards Chi¡L as being a self-detecting tool in your body and a yardstick to your condition of health. Q. Can a person having heart problem use the machine ?
A. It depends on the severity of the condition. Unless the physician advise against using the machine, a person having heart problem can also enjoy using it. The reason is that the passive exercise will not increase the heart beat rate. However, such a person will increase his heart beat rate by simply lying down.
