Description:

Sekkisei, the forerunner of Medicinal Sekkisei, was launched on May 16, 1985. A refreshing toner that eliminates skin dullness and brightens the complexion by lightening aging spots and evening out pigmentation, while providing moisture for soft, supple skin. This is a lotion containing the extracts of Oriental plants that has kept its popularit after becoming a medicinal product in 1993.

The product provides a feel that is clean and invigorating. A generous amount can be pleasantly used.

Provides fresh moisture and adjusts the texture of dry skin. Also removes dullness to produce skin that has a transparent feel.

Also contains such lipid-based cosmetic ingredients as wheat germ oil and vitamin E acetate.

How to Use:

Use the product in the morning and before retiring prior to using the cosmetic lotion that you normally use.

Apply an amount that will soak through slightly thick cotton (2 to 2.5ml). Pat the face and neckline (apply around the eyes in a holding motion).
